Performance and Features
1. It is a cationic water-soluble high molecular copolymer that effectively neutralizes the fluorescence of optical brighteners.
2. The fluorescence effect of the quencher on the fluorescent brightener is related to the type of fluorescent brightener. It is easier to quench the fluorescence of tetrasulfonate than disulfonate.
3. It can effectively neutralize the fluorescence in waste paper.
4. It can effectively neutralize the fluorescence in white water.
Scope of application
1. It can be added to fluorescent loss paper or waste paper pulp.
2. Cleaning of the wet end recirculation system of the paper machine.
3. It can be added to the white water of the paper machine.
Usage
1. The amount of fluorescent quencher depends on the type of fluorescent whitener used and the fiber to be whitened. The amount of fluorescent quencher is generally 0.1-2.0% (relative to the absolute dry stock) when added to the stock or the white water under the net or the white water pool outside the machine.
2. Use at room temperature.
3. The use of system pH value, it is recommended to control the 4.0-9.0.
Packaging and Storage
Packed in 50kg or 1100kg plastic drums, or according to customers' requirements. Shelf life: 2 years.
Storage conditions: cool and protected from light, temperature above 0ºC; When stored below 0°C, stratification will occur, but this is reversible as the temperature rises and will not affect the use effect.
