Description

GT-903 is a water and grease repellent product for the production of fast food packages, which is widely applicable, low dosage, and at the same time water and grease repellent. GT-903 uses a non-fluorinated process, is PFAS-free, and meets the requirements of food grade.

Product Application

GT903 is generally applied as follows.
Add GT-903 after pulping, add 3-5%, stir for one minute.
Put the pulp into the machine mold for production.
Points to note:
GT-903 anti-oil agent also has waterproof performance, in most cases do not need to add waterproofing agent.
Pay attention to the pH value of the pulp tank, around 6 can play the best effect of GT-903.
If the strength of paper-plastic products is not enough, it can be recommended to add the corresponding reinforcing agent, adding amount 3-4%.
