Application
Typical Application: Particularly suitable for medium to high-temperature papermaking processes, such as the paper-forming stage.
General Application: Other processes where silicone-based products cannot be used.
How to Use
Handling: Avoid leaving GT-HF30A exposed, as exposure may cause skin formation and clumping, leading to increased viscosity and impacting pumping stability.
Application: Can be used directly or diluted; if dilution is required, use a thickened water solution with a preservative at an appropriate concentration. Avoid excessive dilution. Stir slowly to achieve uniform mixing (rapid stirring may compromise emulsion stability).
Foaming Prevention: To avoid foam generation due to shear force, it is recommended to pump directly and add continuously or intermittently, placing the defoamer where it can disperse effectively.
Dosage and Placement: The optimal addition point, dosage, method, and dilution ratio should be determined based on actual field conditions.
Packing and Storage
Packaging: Available in 200 kg drums and ton boxes.
Storage Conditions: Store at 5-35°C, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Seal tightly after use to prevent deterioration. Under these conditions, unopened products have a shelf life of six months from the production date.
