Product Application

This product is a special structure of amphoteric PAM (Polyacrylamide). It exhibits excellent dry strength enhancement and retention and filtration aid effects. This product can be widely used in various paper types, including board paper, corrugated paper, cultural paper, glassine paper, and others that require improved wet strength performance.

Product Characteristics
This product is a special structure of amphoteric PAM, which exhibits stable enhancement effects even in high-pH conditions without the use of aluminum sulfate or with a minimal amount of aluminum sulfate.
It maintains excellent paper strength enhancement effects under closed-circuit (water recycling) papermaking conditions, especially in high-temperature and high-conductivity situations.
It provides good retention and filtration aid effects, increasing the retention rate of fibers, fillers, and chemicals.
Paper strength increases with an increase in the dosage of the dry strength agent.

Usage Instructions
When diluting the product, please use clean water and avoid using unclean water, such as white water. The dilution ratio is generally around 20 to 40 times. After thorough and even dispersion through stirring, add the product to the pulp or dilute it online.
Choose a location for addition where the product can be thoroughly mixed with the pulp. Typically, add it at the inlet of the pulping pump in the chest before the forming section.
Use materials like FRP, PVC, PE plastics, or stainless steel for product storage tanks, dilution water tanks, and pipelines. Avoid using iron materials as they may cause corrosion and product thickening.
Do not mix the product with other chemicals.
This product is acidic. In case of contact with the skin, rinse with running water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water and seek medical attention. If ingested, vomit and seek medical examination.

Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums, or special packaging can be provided as per customer requirements.
