Characteristics:
1. It makes paper have higher water resistance and increases the paper curing speed.
2. It can improve the paper printing ability, increase the retention rate of fines and fillers, and decrease pulp consumption and cost.
3. It can simplify the sizing process, and increase the paper-making capacity of equipment.
4. The neutral paper-making process decreased the corrosion to equipment so as to extend the service life of the machine.
Dosage&Usage tips
It can be applied in the pulp whose PH range is between 6 and 9. The pulps include wood pulp, bamboo pulp, secondary pulp from waste paper,
strew pulp, reed pulp, cotton stalk pulp, etc.
The dosage is 5kg to 10 kg for each mt of pulp. It is usually continuously added by meter pumps into the stuff or mixing tank.
The equipment and pipes should be cleaned thoroughly if they were used by acidic paper-making. The pulp PH value can be adjusted by adding a little soda ash or caus soda.
